Amory Starr describes this book as a guide to the movements against globalisation. That is an apt description. Like a guidebook to a city or tourist attraction Global Revolt comprises a series of brief and independent entries on different aspects of the movements against globalisation which the reader is invited to dip into in accordance with their interests.
